Pursuant to Regulation (8) Pharmacists Regulations (Cosmetics) 5773-2013 of the Ministry of Health, an entity shall not transport or store cosmetic products unless it has received a general cosmetics license from the Ministry of Health's Division confirming that the cosmetics will be stored and transported under conditions that do not harm their quality and safety and that comply with the requirements of these regulations.

 

Pursuant to Procedure 68 relating to requirements for the granting of a general license for the storage and marketing of cosmetics by the Ministry of Health, the storage of cosmetics shall be done at a place holding a business license for marketing, or for the manufacture and marketing of cosmetics or is a pharmacy .
